VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (small-business exemption).
2. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern the sales of products offered on www.isno.fr to consumers. Every order implies their unreserved acceptance.
3. Products
The essential characteristics of each product appear on its page. The photographs are given for information and are non-contractual.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (small-business exemption). For most products, delivery is included in the price (European Union); for the others, delivery charges are stated and shown before the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of the order.
5. Order
The order is confirmed after acceptance of these terms and payment. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the address given by the buyer.
6. Pre-order
Some products are offered on pre-order. Payment is taken at the time of the order. Shipping takes place on the estimated date shown on the product page. If a launch threshold is stated and is not reached by the scheduled date, the order is fully refunded. The right of withdrawal below applies from receipt.
7. Payment
Payment is made online by bank card through the provider Stripe, at the time of the order. Payment data does not pass through www.isno.fr and is processed by Stripe in a secure manner.
8. Delivery
Products are shipped to mainland France and, depending on the product, within the European Union, to the address given by the buyer. Depending on the product, the buyer chooses the delivery method (home or pickup point) at the time of the order, or delivery is made to the home address.
The time frame is the one shown on the product page or in the summary; failing any indication, delivery takes place within a maximum of 30 days (Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code). In the event of delay, the buyer may, after a formal notice that remains without effect, cancel the order and be refunded. Risk passes to the buyer upon handover of the product.
Some products are shipped from a country outside the European Union; the delivery times shown take this into account. Import VAT is included in the price (IOSS scheme for consignments under €150) and no customs charge is requested from the buyer. Wherever products are shipped from, Olivier Delafosse remains solely responsible for the proper performance of the order; returns are sent to the address stated above and in the legal notice.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. The buyer informs the seller by an unambiguous statement (by email to olshad@gmail.com, or using the form below). Products are returned at the latest 14 days after the decision, the return costs remaining the buyer's responsibility. The seller refunds all sums paid, including standard delivery charges, at the latest 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal, by the same means of payment.
10. Legal warranties
Regardless of any commercial warranty, the buyer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), which allows, for two years, the repair or replacement of a non-conforming good, and from the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). To invoke them, the buyer contacts olshad@gmail.com.
11. Personal data
The data collected is used to process orders and for customer relations, in accordance with the privacy policy. The buyer has a right of access, rectification and deletion, exercisable at olshad@gmail.com.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
