Purpose
This site publishes personal projects in electronics, home automation and reverse engineering, along with the documents and files that go with them. Browsing it is free and open. Using the site implies acceptance of these terms.
Who publishes this site
Olivier Delafosse, entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), SIREN 538 125 550, whose full details appear in the legal notice.
Licences and reuse
The hardware projects published by the publisher are released under the CERN Open Hardware Licence version 2, strongly-reciprocal variant. The firmwares are released under the GNU General Public License version 3. Each repository carries its own licence, and that licence prevails.
The texts, diagrams and photographs on the site remain the property of their author. They may be reused by citing the source and linking back to the original page.
The projects of other authors, cited or made compatible, remain subject to their own licences. The publisher grants no rights over what does not belong to it.
No warranty
The builds, diagrams and procedures described here are experimental work, published as is, for information. They are provided without any warranty, including of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Reproducing them is your sole responsibility. Several of these projects involve mains-connected appliances, heating equipment or radio transmitters. Modifying an appliance may void its warranty, breach its maintenance contract, or be dangerous. Inform yourself before acting, and comply with the regulations that apply where you are, in particular for the use of radio bands.
Mailing list
Joining the mailing list is neither an order, nor a reservation, nor a commitment on your part or ours. No payment is requested. Registration serves only to be notified of the launch. It can be withdrawn at any time on simple request.
The prices shown on the site are given for information and do not constitute an offer of sale; sales will open at launch.
Availability
The site is hosted by its publisher on a home connection. It may be interrupted without notice, for maintenance or for any other reason. No availability is guaranteed.
Links to other sites
The site links to repositories, forums and shops run by third parties. The publisher has no control over their content and is not answerable for what is found there.
Liability
Within the limits permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the site, from applying its contents, or from its unavailability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
